A slim and stunning Kim Kardashian showed off her svelte new figure in a belted grey dress as she headed into Lavo Lounge in New York last night.
The 30-year-old reality star, who has been on a health kick in recent weeks, was announcing the World's Greatest Couple winners and presenting them with their prize of a 22 carat diamond ring.
Kim was introduced by New Zealand jeweller Michael Hill, who ran the contest in which couples completed online challenges.
She presented the huge rock to the winning couple - Cameron and Shariyah Morris.
And she looked on with a huge smile on her face as Cameron got down on one knee and presented his wife with the huge sparkler before they kissed.
Kim released a statement about the event voicing how excited she was to be a part of it.
'I am really excited about meeting the world's best couple,' she said. 'Having launched the search six weeks ago and being lucky enough to wear the prize diamond ring, it will be great to pass the prize on to the world's most romantic couple.'

She is said to be dating New Jersey Nets basketball star Kris Humphries.
Over the weekend she was spotted sneaking back into her hotel accompanied by the handsome 25-year-old.
The star has also been doing daily work out sessions and talking Quik Trim supplements in order to shed the weight she put on while filming her new reality show in New York at the end of the summer.
She is now heading to South Africa with her sister Khloe for a holiday.
'Can't wait to get there! Hope they have good movies on the plane!' she wrote on her Twitter today.
